Cute beach unit situated in leafy Silverleaves a popular beachside suburb in Cowes.
A short 5 minute stroll to a magnificent swimming beach and Cowes Golf Course, a five minute drive to town center with supermarkets, shops and cafes.
A 15 minute drive from the famous Penguin Parade, Nature Parks, Amaze N Things, Churchill Island and more.
Ideal family holiday and you can bring the dog, with secured backyard. A DOG Bond of $200 applies.
So relaxing and quiet, go for a walk, have a BBQ in the covered outdoor area with outdoor furniture or take a leisurely stroll to the Silverleaves General Store for your coffee fix. Now has FREE WIFI, dishwasher, ceiling fans in all rooms, kids beach toys (in garage), board games, DVDs, and a doggy dog (for medium sized dogs), extra fridge in the garage for extra food.
3 Bedrooms, with queen size beds and ceiling fans in every room.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    I find the house dusty, sticky surface and grandkids picks up fine animal hairs every now and then. The couch and the rooms smells funny and dusty too we had to clean and disinfect everything first before we proceeded. Don't get us wrong, the house is a good size for our family, all amenities and appliances worked excellently and the location is perfect to all Phillip Island attractions. However, the instructions for the house location is a bit confusing and tricky but we ended up finding it anyway. Also be mindful if you check in late at they only respond during working hours so communicate with them clearly if you are coming late. We still had fun staying as we really didn't stay at home most of the time. This is only an honest to goodness review, the place just needs a lot of TLC before staying. 😊

    The beach unit in Silverleaves was in a secluded spot along one of the main streets in Silverleaves - a convenient walk to the Silverleaves General Store where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The unit was very clean and well-equipped with crockery and kitchenware. Shower was powerful and hot, and internet was good. The heater was ok too although due to it being winter we did bring an extra fan heater for the bedrooms. Lovely spot for local walks - would like to return in summer.

    Our stay at 3/61 Honeysuckle Grove, was quite enjoyable. We stayed in a quaint little 3 bedroom unit, tucked away in a quiet, and lovely part of Phillip Island, called Silverleaves. All in aamenities were provided at this location, apart from Wifi, which was not a problem as my family and I spent our nights playing board games etc. This property was in close proximity to the golf course, and had a quaint little cafe, which was open in the morning, if you required a coffee or breakfast. Not far up the road was a bowling alley for the kids, and the local shops in Cowes were only 10 minutes away. My family and I enjoyed cruising around to various parts of the island visiting the animal sanctuary, Pyramid Hill, The Nobbies, Grossard Point in Ventor and other attractions. My family and I also enjoyed visiting the Mos Eisley cafe, Sambreros Mexican restaurant, and other various takeaway shops. All in all was a great little vacation at the Island.
