Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer.
Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY
All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 2 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only.
Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds
Porta cot and high chair available on request.
These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels.
The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats.

STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    2nd time staying at this property and we loved it. Nice and clean and it's right in the middle of Cowes.
    Easy walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. No car required.

    Our stay was good , the property was clean and very nice but it was not easy to find the parking at the back, this should be highlighted when pickup the key! NO LIFT at the apartment and it was a nightmare to bring our stuffs up, I don’t recommend it for anyone who can’t do stairs specially elderly people!

    The property was ok, plenty of room for the kids to enjoy their time. My biggest concern was that the when the room was locked from the inside, all it took was to pull the handle down for it to unlock. There were no other safety locks higher. We had to barracks the door with chairs. This wasn't even enough for my 4 year old who couldn't find me (in bed) so he moved the chairs and his father found him in the hall way after hearing some noise and decided to get up and investigate. We couldn't sleep after this thinking that the two year old would do the same. We were booked to stay for two nights however decided to leave a night early due to the safety of our children. Room is fine for adults and older children however don't recommend for younger kids. In saying that, the real estate agent we booked through was professional and accommodating with our arrival and departure times.

    The apartment was very spacious with good amenities. Close to everything and parking out the back. It would be good if the key to the sliding door was available as our 2 year old was constantly opening it and going outside. Also the front door was able to be opened by him which wasn’t great but apart from that it was a great place to stay.

    The location was great we have stayed at this complex before this time we had apartment 2 facing the street. Just a short stroll away from shops. Couldn’t ask for a better location.
    However the apartment wasn't as clean we found sand under the couch and a baby's dummy under the tv.
    The down side are the stairs lugging luggage and shopping up and down.
    Also the door to the apartment doesn't have a deadlock even though it locks from the inside it unlocks by just holding down handle not safe if you have young toddler if they get out the stair case just outside door id dangerous.
    Pillows can do with a change as they were hard and uncomfortable.
    However we would stay there again because of the location.

    The unit is large and would suit a family of 5 great the bedrooms are Hugh and the king size bed is comfortable and a great ensuite. Right in the centre of the town and close to shops and the beach.The booking process through first National was very easy and the loverly lady at the reception desk was so helpful.

    Couldn't of asked for better weather really & the unit was fantastic for our family of 5. Very large unit & in a great spot, close to the main beach, shops & restaurants. Will not hesitate to stay again if in town. First National was very easy to deal with also. Big thumbs up!

    This very spacious apartment is better than the photos depict. It is in a great, central location. Easy walk to all the restaurants and Cowes beach. Despite being above a shop and on the main strip, it was very quiet. Sue from First National was very obliging and easy to communicate with when booking our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

    We had a lovely stay in Cowes. Our unit was convenient to restaurants, shops, markets and most importantly, the beach! The air-conditioning worked well for hot days and the space in the bedrooms and living areas was perfect for our family of 5. And having 2 bathrooms was ideal. We loved sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the cool evenings and watching all the cars/people go by. Parking at the back of the unit was perfect and there was secure access. The unit was clean and check-in/out was easy. We visited many of the popular attractions on Phillip Island- book the Penguin Plus tour. You won't be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends!
