Entertain family and friends on the private deck with alfresco dining area, or choose the 8 seat square flint dining table in the warm and spacious open dining area.
Head 50 meters to the beach for a refreshing dip and evening walk or take a leisurely beachfront stroll to the restaurants, cafes and shops.
This property is the perfect spot to use as a base to explore the many local attractions on Phillip Island.

STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    Pleasant. Venue had all requirements. Location was acceptable.
    However, evidence of insects/droppings on window sills and under beds assumes minimal cleaning effort by owners agents.

    We enjoyed our stay at the unit — it was neat and in a great location, which made getting around Phillip Island really convenient. However, there were a few areas that could use some improvement for future guests.

    When we arrived, there was wet washing left in the washing machine, and the house, particularly the bedroom, was quite dusty, so I needed to vacuum. A wet Chux had been left instead of a fresh one, and there were dishes still in the dishwasher that hadn’t been put away. There was also no extra toilet paper provided — I had to buy some, as the existing rolls were already low. Lastly, the chopping boards were quite worn and could do with replacing.

    Overall, it’s a lovely, well-located unit with good potential — a bit more attention to cleaning and restocking would really make it an excellent stay.

    Great location but some areas that should be improved

    - sink in main bathroom doesn’t drain properly
    - tap in kitchen sink unstable
    - given target audience a bit mean to not supply coat hangers in the wardrobes and for bed linen and towels not to be included
    - very dusty

    If these things are sorted it would be a great property.
