This single level, family home is located right in the heart of Cowes. An easy walk to all amenities.
This house is light and bright throughout. Is suitable for two families or couples to share.
Large open plan kitchen, living and meals area with a 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with Foxtel platinum and DVD player. No wifi.
Wood combustion heater for those winter getaways. A split system, heating and cooling for those cold nights and hot summer days.
Electric cooking facilities include microwave and dishwasher.
This 5 bedroom property comprises king size master bedroom with ensuite, and plenty of cupboard space. There are 4 additional bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans. A central bathroom with shower and large corner spa bath. A separate toilet off the laundry.There is a comfy games room for the kids, with TV Xbox, DVD's, books and games to entertain.
Undercover rear deck with bi-fold windows to BBQ area and large outdoor dining setting, a grassed area for the kids to play and parking for 2 cars within the property. NOT PET FRIENDLY

Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

    We had a loverly time at 11 Genesta, the house was lovely and spacious, well presented, clean and great location. Most of the beds were very comfy, bunk room beds a bit squeaky and that was the only negative. House had everything you needed and very very inviting and comfy. Would definitely stay there again.     My family enjoyed a wonderful few days at No 11. The house was clean, well equipped and even a separate lounge for the kids to play games watch dvds etc. A broken electric kettle was quickly replaced. Property manager was friendly and helpful. A great location on the island from which to enjoy its many attractions. We would definitely book this cottage again.

    We had a great weekend in the house but it was soured by the incredibly rude property manager who rang me and accused me of stealing a cushion from the house. When I explained that I did not, I was called a liar and was verbally abused. I recommend anyone intending to rent a house to take a video on entering so you cover yourself from aggressive accusations.

    Was a great house big enough for our family in a perfect location. The fireplace was great and warmed the lounge area perfectly, some firewood provided would have been nice and maybe a little more attention to detail in the cleaning eg: skirting boards, range hood lid needed a good wipe down. So close to the shops yet a really quiet location. Would definitely return to this house.

    Overall we had a good stay. The house is spacious with plenty of rooms. It’s in a great location and the agency who manage the property are friendly. The only downside was that when we arrived we found the place a little dirty and dusty. The house is nice but a little tired with obvious cracks in walls or ceiling. The carpets, sofa and cushions are also in need of a steam clean. It’s great for families and has pretty much everything you need but just needs a really good clean.

    The house was very clean and a great set up for a group of people. I have already posted a report on Stayz.
    I'd also like to thank First National Phillip Island for their service. I was looking at several properties via Stayz because our Qld trip was cancelled due to Covid lockdown and we needed a last minute alternative. Another agent at Phillip Island was less than helpful and failed to respond to queries. First National were very helpful. We could not make an actual booking until we knew the lockdown was lifted and First National facilitated a quick booking and were very professional.

    The house was light and airy, with a fabulous main living area that accommodated all twelve of us in comfort. The kitchen was well appointed, with everything required for cooking for a large group - appliances and equipment was all in good order and we didn't want for anything. The outdoor space was well utilised, a lovely spot for kicking back with a cold drink and bbq-ing up a storm. The beds were comfy and beautifully clean, and the ceiling fans were much appreciated in the bedrooms. We couldn't have found a better location, being just around the corner to Coles or an easy 5-minute walk to the beach or any cafe or restaurant we chose. The agent was helpful on the few occasions we had to ask a question, and let us know shortly after checkout that we had left some clothing behind so that we could return to collect it. We are looking forward to returning to this house, it was such a perfect place for our large family.
