This modern holiday residence built to the highest quality and accommodates families or couples sharing. The entrance hall with polished concrete floors leads to the rear of house where you will find the downstairs living area with lounge, flat screen TV, DVD player and split system heater/air-conditioning, bar kitchen with fridge, bar style dining setting, and powder room, four generous bedrooms, sparkling central bathroom with double vanities, separate laundry with front load washer and dryer, and outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the local beach. Upstairs has open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with beautifully polished floorboards, lounge, flat screen TV, stereo with CD player, huge timber dining table for 10, split system heater/air-conditioner, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including gas cook top and dishwasher, ice-maker fridge, and pantry and powder room. NOT PET FRIENDLY
Features a large timber deck with outdoor dining table and BBQ. There is also a double lock-up garage to park your pride and joy. No WiFi.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    This was our second time at this home. We had a great time with lots of space for adults and kids to have their own areas. The deck was very well used and it is a great size with a table for outdoor dining. The house was not very clean when we arrived. Carpets not vacuumed and the house was quite dusty. There was lots of chipped and dirty crockery in the kitchen too. Some room fans would be great for the bedrooms downstairs too - even just pedestal fans would be handy. Likewise a few extra mirrors (they are only 2 in the whole house) would also be appreciated, and some extra hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom would be handy too. There is no nbn connected there either (as far as we could tell) and the wifi signal was very poor there so if that is important to you I would stay somewhere else.

    There was a lot of dust under the couches and beds along with stains on a mattress topper in the front room. Some one got stuck in the bathroom as the door jammed downstairs. The place was very nice and the views of the beach and ocean was great.

    We loved our 3rd time at this holiday house! There was a lovely gift hamper with lots of delicious goodies, and New Year’s party goods! Lots of essential supplies for us in the house, and we had a great time! Great house, just missing a yard for the kids to play in!

    As usual the facilities were great, heaps of room for 5 couples. Nice walk into Cowes for coffee and shopping. Property managers also great as usual and very responsive to any emails and calls. Christmas decorations were an added joy. I think it is time you went through the coffee cup collection, a number are chipped badly.

    Despite the previous reviews for this property we were surprised with how clean and great the property was. The location is ideal and close to everything. The house had everything you would need. The fire fireplace was amazing and the small view of the water set the picture for a great long weekend with our family and friends.

    This is a lovely home that we enjoy staying at twice a year. This time though we had no extra rubbish bags, no dishwashing tablets and no dishwashing liquid. The dishes that had been put away were still dirty as if they had been rinsed only without a dishwashing tablet. There is getting to be quite a few cups and mugs that have chips out of them. Otherwise as I said we always enjoy our stay there.

    The house is beautiful. For the cost, linens should be included. The stay at this property would have been perfect if it had a pool table and bath or spa on the premises as there is plenty of room. Photos need to be updated as the view has been compromised by the new home built at the back which almost blocks the entire view of the ocean. There were a few mugs and glasses with chips in them. The couches need a good steam cleaning, especially down stairs. Despite these minor things, it is a beautiful space to holiday in. The kitchen was well equipped. Our favourite thing about the house was the upstairs fire. The Easter chocolates and champagne on arrival were a nice touch. Thank you.

    The house was large and easily catered for 7 adult. It was in a very good location.
    There were five bedrooms for with queen size beds the master had a king bed (of which we were told was queen so our sheets didnt fit)Two large living areas with a tv in each and two outdoor balconies the upper level had BBQ and outdoor setting. Could do with a better cleaner, carpets were not vaccumed bathrooms could have been better cleaned.

    The garage had a table to one side which had rubbish on it and a water bottle half empty
    The kitchen bench was full of crumbs and marks (it appeared to have not been wiped down AT ALL
    The microwave, fridge and dishwasher was covered with fingerprints and smudges (also not wiped AT ALL)
    There were significant cobwebs including one in the back sliding door tracks which had obviously been there a while in order to be that size
    The dining room table was dirty (you can see the glass rings in the photos)
    The floors were clearly not vacuumed or mopped
    The bathrooms were disgusting! We had to disinfect them in order for us to feel comfortable using them (we had 2 young children with us and we were not going to let them use a bathroom that filthy). There were marks on the basins, mirrors, shower and toilet and hair on both the shower base and bathroom floor.
    The toilet upstairs was horrific, the bottom of the outside of the toilet near the tiles had what I can only imagine was bodily fluids on it!!
    The bed linen in one of the downstairs rooms had a BLOOD STAIN on it which is absolutely unacceptable!
    Further bed linen had coffee stains and toothpaste marks on them
    There was mould in the shower downstairs
    My daughter became stuck in the downstairs bathroom because the handle would not open, she was terrified as you can imagine until we were able to push the door open for her, it took quite a bit of force.
    We were not expecting anything like this as we had read your reviews and researched the property prior to making the booking. The view from the balcony was disappointing but not as much as the quality of cleanliness overall. In the photos advertising the house, we saw a magnificent view of the beach however you can imagine our surprise when we were faced with a two storey town house out the back. At 6pm Friday evening, the gentleman working on the back house was still cutting concrete. There was dust EVERYWHERE! We couldn'

    We had a great stay at our accommodation, house had everything we needed, and supplied lots of goodies! The only issues, were the kitchen fridge wasn’t very cold, but they had extra fridges in the garage, and the king bed was uncomfortable, but otherwise perfect!
