Charming cottage on Settlement Road in Cowes, with secure back yard for kids and an outdoor dog!
This quaint cottage is perfect for a family holiday getaway! Polished floor boards throughout, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and light filled lounge area has reverse cycle air conditioner. FREE WIFI
Will allow outside dogs only, (the back deck is suitable for dog bed), we request a bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc.
Driveway is suitable for boat parking. The boat ramp in Anderson Road is just around the corner.
Covered back deck with BBQ. (Garage is not available).
Sleeps 8 guests in total.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    Very comfy beds. Had everything we needed. Clean but could do with some updating. Unfortunately the TV was not working for us, seemed to be an issue looking at other reviews. It’s not really walking distance to cafes ect,
    It was advertised as pet friendly but only released after booking dogs only welcome outside, so we did not bring our dog. I don’t think it should advertise as pet friendly

    Loved my stay here The house was well set out The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook full meals!!
    A nice quiet neighbourhood. Despite a fairly busy road there was no traffic noise.A bonus having a washing machine so could pack my clothes clean.The back deck would be amazing in the summer.The small deck out the front was a nice place for the morning cuppa The house was warm and hardly needed the heat pump.
