These units are in the perfect position in Cowes. Only minutes walk to the beach and town.
Enter from Steele Street, parking for 1 car at front of unit.
Stunning outdoor pool with great kids playground.
Perfect for families or groups of friends for a well deserved break.
Each unit has its own private deck with outdoor tables, chairs and BBQ.
This upstairs, 2 bedroom unit, can sleep a total of 4 guests. Balcony with gate over looks the pool.

This unit is on the upper level on the right hand side (looking at the picture).
This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities.

STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. It was light, bright and airy. The balcony was spacious.

    Location was excellent. Walking distance to the town centre, pier amd beaches.

    Our only issue was that the sensor light to the stairs wasn’t working and as a result it was dark coming down the stairs and I had a fall. It was quite dangerous.
    Was unable to report it over the weekend until we handed back the keys .
    Agent was gracious so I’m sure will be rectified.

    At first appearance, very nice. However, some room for improvement. With limited space for clothes etc, annoying to find cupboard/wardrobe space taken up with cleaning equipment and spare linen etc. No microwave cookware, only one saucepan without a lid. Very slow oven. Dripping shower, awkward to adjust and affected by use in other units, it seemed. uncomfortable dining chairs, too low for the table. A lot of street noise, and from unit below AND, I couldn't believe that we were expected to vaccuum and mop- at $200 a night, forget it!!! -

    Lovely holiday apartment, amazing location, walking distance to everything (beach, shops and skatepark). Apartment clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Kids loved the little playground and they want to return in warmer months to make full use of the pool. First National were fantastic to deal with, we hope to return soon.

    This spacious 2-bedroom house was well fitted out, modern and very quiet. So close to everything in Cowes with many close by eating places.
    A great place to 'call home' while exploring Phillip Island.

    Excellent location, close to both beach and town centre. Great set up both inside and outside with balcony, playground & pool.
    A couple of points to note: 1) the main bed had a double bed doona that was placed sideways, too small - need to update this 2) there were a couple of light globes not working - Units should be inspected prior to check-in.

    Very happy with Unit 3, however we found that the kitchen cupboards were very bare! There were hardly enough cooking utensils!
    We also found the standup fan stored in the main bedroom was actually broken and was rendered useless. The pool got a good workout and the location of the units are perfect!
    Apart from these small things, it was a great place to stay!

    Fantastic location near beaches, access to shops and parks for kids to play in. The apartment was big enough for a family of 4 and we appreciated the shade from the trees given the heat of the week. The pool was enjoyed by the kids everyday. The only downside was some of the kitchen equipment needs updating and a pillow was stained and needed replacing. Recommend this place and will be returning for sure

    The pool and location make this a great place to stay. 5 minute walk to Cowes Main Street and the beach. The apartment itself is fine, a bit tired and could do with some updating, but overall was clean and served its purpose!

    Unit 3 is the upstairs unit in a complex of 3 units.
    The location of the unit is perfect - walking distance to beach and shops. Pool is fantastic too.
    Downside is the tin roof of the unit - every possum party and branch falling on the roof is very loud.
    There is no kitchen pantry which is difficult to manage for longer stays.

    This is our 2nd visit to the gorgeous 3-38 Chapel Street Cowes apartment. We love it there!! The location is perfect, the pool is perfect and the apartment is lovely. It has a feel like Port Douglas.
